ACR does not
collect private or personal information from this web site, except where you willingly
provide it. If you contact ACR we may keep a record of that correspondence. ACR
occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. Wherever

What are cookies and does ACR use them?

computer's hard drive. ACR uses cookies solely for the purposes of enabling a more

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation
fees are as follows:
Up to 28 days prior to pickup No Fee
7 - 27 days prior to pickup
25% ( Minimum NZ$100) of the Gross rental
2 - 7 days prior to pickup 50% of Gross
rental
On the day or No show 100% of Gross rental
Vehicle Returns
Vehicles returned early for any
reason, no refunds.
Vehicle Return Condition Policy:
Vehicles are to be returned
in a clean and fit state to re-hire. We allow some cleaning and time for a full
vehicle inspection. Any vehicle returned in an unfit state to re-hire will be subject
to a $100 cleaning fee at ACR's discretion. This includes removing the odour
from smoking. There is a No Smoking Policy in all vehicles.
